This Privacy Policy describes how TreSapo ("App") handles user information. Please review and agree to this Privacy Policy before using the App.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, postal address, or phone number.
However, for quality improvement, bug fixes, service stability, and feature enhancement, we may collect the following anonymous information, which does not identify individuals:
- Crash reports (information when the app unexpectedly terminates)
- Statistical usage data (such as frequency of use for specific features)
- Device information (such as OS version and device model)
Such information may be automatically collected through frameworks and related services such as Expo.
In addition, if a user chooses to use the backup feature of the App, training records and other data entered into the App may be stored in the user's own iCloud account area through Apple's iCloud / CloudKit private database.
We do not normally directly obtain or view the contents of data stored in the above private database. However, because such data is processed and stored on infrastructure provided by Apple, Apple's Terms, Privacy Policy, and other applicable conditions also apply to Apple's handling of that data.
3. Purpose of Use
Collected anonymous information is used for the following purposes:
- Bug fixes and stability improvement of the App
- Service improvement and feature development
- Usage analysis
- Providing backup and restore functionality using iCloud when selected by the user
4. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide collected information to third parties, except when required by law or with the user's consent.
However, if a user uses the backup feature, the user's data may be stored or processed through Apple's iCloud / CloudKit.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as needed. The revised policy becomes effective upon notification in the App or by another appropriate method at the time of publication.
